Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment.
