Loud music, parties, pets and smoking are prohibited within property. Guests found hosting parties and causing disturbance will be asked to leave without refund. Guests found to be smoking will be fined and charged a fee for damages. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the damages deposit as agreed prior to your check in. A damage deposit is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Upon booking, the property will contact guests with further information regarding the check in arrangements, the meeting address and house rules by email after booking. There is no reception desk at the property and therefore a member of staff will meet guests at the property at a pre-arranged time to hand over the keys and check guests into the apartment. All check-ins after 19:00 on the date of arrival has to be confirmed with the property beforehand. Check-in after this time cannot be guaranteed if not confirmed by the property. Please note, the following additional fee applies for late check-in after 19:00: - 30 from 19:00 to 20:59 - 50 from 21:00 to 22:59 - 80 from 23:00 to 00:59 - 100 after 1:00 AM Guests will be required to send a copy of their identification (passport/ driving license/ ID) prior to their arrival. Guests are advised the same card that was used to make the booking is required on arrival as identification for check-in. Please inform the property in advance if a baby cot is required. Please note that the lead guest must be aged 27 years or older. Family-Friendly Accommodation This property is exclusively for families. The primary guest must be at least 35 years old. Check-In & Identification: Further details about self-check-in will be provided after all the requested documents (ID and credit card) are received and the damage deposit is paid. Guests must submit identification (passport, driving license, ID) before arrival. The credit card (showing only the last 4 digits + cardholder name) used for booking must be presented for verification in advance. Check-ins after 19:00 must be pre-confirmed. Late check-in fees: 19:00-21:59 (50 EUR), between 22:00 and 00.59 (90 EUR), after 1 AM (120 EUR). Payment: For reservations valued over EUR 1000, guests may be required to pay via an alternative payment method such as a credit link or bank transfer for security and banking purposes. Damage Deposit Guests must pay a damage deposit of 800 EUR prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of check-out, subject to property inspection and bank processing times. House Rules & Restrictions: Strict house rules are enforced for the comfort and safety of all guests. Prohibited activities: loud music, parties, pets, and smoking. Violations (disturbances, smoking) result in immediate eviction without refund and potential fines or fees for damages. Additional Amenities: Advance notification is required for baby cots or high chairs (subject to availability and additional charges).
