Any breach will result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund. • Strict respect for neighbours The apartment is located in a residential building. Quiet behaviour is required at all times and strictly enforced between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Any disturbance reported or observed will result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund. • Maximum occupancy The number of occupants must not exceed the number stated in the reservation under any circumstances. Any undeclared guest will result in immediate cancellation of the stay, without refund. • Proper use of the property The apartment is intended exclusively for temporary accommodation. Any unauthorised professional, commercial or event-related use will result in immediate termination of the stay, without refund. • Access, keys and security Keys, badges and access codes are strictly personal. Any loss, unauthorised duplication or security breach will result in lock and/or key replacement fees, charged to the guest. • Damage and liability Guests are responsible for the apartment, furniture and equipment throughout the stay. Any damage will result in charges corresponding to the actual cost of repair or replacement. • Condition upon departure The apartment must be left in a normal condition of use.
